Recommended daily dose: take 1 Viva-K2 ® capsule daily with liquid. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Storage: Store in a dry, cool place, protected from light, out of the reach of small children. Contraindications : allergy to any of the ingredients. Consult a specialist before the procedure if you are taking blood thinning medications. Warning: due to the sorbitol content, excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
