Ingredients: soybean oils and fats (partially hydrogenated); Saint John's dry wort extract (St. John's wort extract, stabilizer: maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide) 23.3%; gelling agent: gelatin; humectants: glycerol, sorbitol; water; niacin: nicotinic acid amide; stabilizer: beeswax; emulsifier: soy lecithin; pantothenic acid: calcium D-pantothenate; vitamin B6: pyridoxine hydrochloride; riboflavin (vitamin B2): riboflavin; thiamine (vitamin B1): thiamine mononitrate; vitamin B12: cyanocobalamin; dyes: iron oxides and hydroxides.

Recommended daily dose: take 1-2 capsules for 2-3 weeks during meals, with liquid, do not chew. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light, out of the reach of small children. Contraindications: allergy to any of the ingredients. Warning: after consuming preparations containing St. John's wort, do not expose your skin to sunlight. This is especially dangerous for people with fair skin. Caution should be exercised when using St. John's wort concurrently with medications due to the possibility of drug interactions. Due to the sorbitol content, excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
