Recommended daily portion: For adults and children from 12 years of age. Over the course of 4 weeks, take 1-2 capsules with meals 3 times a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, out of the reach of small children. Contraindications: children up to 12 years of age and allergy to any of the ingredients.
